How do I return an order?
If you would like to return an item(s), kindly email us on email@example.com so that we can authorise the return and provide the address to return to.
Given the nature of the products all returns MUST BE unused and unopened (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
1. The goods must be unused
2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
Please use a courier, as Grooming Gadgets & Gifts cannot be held accountable for returned items not received back. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are the responsibilty and expense of the customer.
Wrap your return in the same packaging in which you received it and enclose the packing slip. Return via courier (to-door, no post office returns will be collected/permitted).
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, regrettably we reserve the right to return the goods without notice (and with re-shipping costs being the responsability of the buyer). Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. A full refund will be made within 14 days from cancellation of the order, provided the goods are returned to us in their original condition. (excluding delivery).
Refunds are made via bank transfer to the customer’s designated South African bank account – or for store credit where applicable.
